What part of the claims process went well? The entire process was handled promptly and efficiently.
We received an email reply the day after we forward the claim. Jim, who did the furniture repairs, called and came here with in just a few days. He did a great job repairing.
If you could recommend anything to make this process smoother, what would it be? Our furniture, The check arrived in one week for the items he was unable to repair. There isnt anything that could have made it go smoother. Thanks very much.
